Join weekly Bliss Yoga Classes...

Class Description: Irena creates a nurturing yet challenging flow each class, blending her various studies (Kripalu/Hatha yoga, vinayasa (flow), ashtanga, yin yoga, restorative, eye yoga, as well as breathwork and meditation).
Suitable for all levels, including beginners.
Cost:
10 week session registration $200
(Prorated payment if joining midway. or drop-in rate, $25/class, space permitting). |

outdoor Beach Yoga : )
Location: meet in the Pavilion at the foot of Lee Avenue.
We'll practice on the grassy area by the Kew Gardens Pavilion or under the Pavilion if it rains.
Please bring a yoga mat & water.
(Note: This is not the gazebo in the park, but the covered Pavilion closer to the water's edge, just east of lawn bowling, at the foot of Lee Avenue).
