Class Description: Irena creates a nurturing yet challenging flow each class, blending her various studies (Kripalu/Hatha yoga, flow/ashtanga, yin yoga, restorative, as well as breathwork and meditation). Suitable for all levels, including beginners. Irena also offers private and couples/partner yoga classes.

Meditation & Journeying Circle
Enjoy cultivating peace and coming back 'home' through group meditation and guided visualization/journeying. Irena creates a safe nurturing experience. No experience necessary.

Kids Yoga
Irena offers Kids Yoga, Teen Yoga, Family Yoga (parent & child), and also Kids Yoga (Birthday) Parties.

Yoga connects children to nature and each other, creative movement, and allows them to feel more centered, focused and at ease.
