Our mission at Bliss is to provide custom
Yoga Programs designed to improve employee health, well-being and performance,
while alleviating the negative effects of stress in the workplace.

Bliss
Workplace Yoga sessions offer simple, safe and practical exercises that alleviate
stress, and improve mental and physical health. Yoga movements are combined with
breathing and relaxation techniques. Our classes provide you with the following:

- Improved flexibility and concentration
- Posture improvement for tension management
- Breathing techniques to support healthy "mood management"

Weekly
yoga classes are typically held in the morning, during lunchtime, or just after
work, to fit in with busy work schedules. Sessions typically last 60 minutes.
The courses generally run for 8-12 weeks and cover a gradual approach to all aspects
of Yoga and stress management.
The focus is on relaxation and stress management,
while maintaining enough structural bodywork to observe an increase in flexibility,
stamina and strength. These exercises are designed to be integrated into life
in the workplace. Practical benefits include improved concentration and mental
