| What you'll need to bring: |
Yoga mat, blanket, pillow or meditation cushion, water bottle,
comfortable clothing. Also bring a light lunch.
Fruit and drink refreshments will be provided.
Bring your own journal or one will be provided.

| DIRECTIONS: |

for specific directions depending on your starting point ( there are many routes to the location along Hwy 401 or 407 or Hwy 7 etc).
If you are driving along Highway 401 East:
- Exit off of Hwy 401 taking the Brock Road exit (Pickering) and go North (left).
- Drive along Brock Road north, passing lights at Taunton Rd, Hwy 407 and Hwy 7.
- Keep going to the next lights at Central St/Ninth Concession.
- Turn left, onto Central St and you are now entering Claremont.
- Keep going along Central St to the 4-way stop at Old Brock Rd.
- Turn right onto Old Brock Rd. You will go along a few short blocks and then the road takes a slight bend to the right (it looks like you are leaving town), and from the bend, #5192 is the third house on the left. You'll notice that across the road is a big Red Barn. Park in the driveway of #5192 Old Brock Rd.

Grace is a gentle teacher who uses over 20 years experience in spiritual development to guide others to tune into their inherent intuitive abilities. She also offers other healing modalities and provides private counseling for those clients wishing to connect with their spiritual self. Grace brings her compassion, integrity and extensive knowledge in spirituality to her clients as she inspires, motivates and invites others to learn more about their spiritual self. |

Irena is inspired to help others to connect with and "follow their bliss". As a certified yoga teacher and artist, she invites you to connect with your physical, emotional and spiritual self, and to the inherent wisdom that resides within each of us. She supports others on their journey and leads in a compassionate, fun and playful manner.
